State University of Applied Sciences joins Port Polska investment programme
Centralny Port Komunikacyjny, the company delivering the Port Polska investment programme, has signed a framework cooperation agreement with the State University of Applied Sciences in Chełm. The university educates future aircraft mechanics, pilots, flight dispatchers and air traffic controllers.

The partnership will cover scientific research and teaching, joint participation in academic events such as seminars and conferences, and the co-creation of diploma project topics. Students will prepare theses linked to the current activities of Port Polska, while both partners will share laboratory, expert and organisational resources. The agreement also includes study visits to the company’s headquarters and construction sites, as well as CPK’s involvement in reviewing selected courses related to air transport.
Beyond its educational value, the partnership aims to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and support the academic community through joint research projects, added Prof. Beata Fałda, Rector of PANS in Chełm.
PANS in Chełm is a public higher education institution offering programmes in aviation mechanics, aeronautical engineering, pilot training, flight dispatch and air traffic control. CPK has previously signed cooperation agreements with leading Polish universities, including the Warsaw School of Economics, Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the University of Gdańsk.
