Activities carried out include:
- Organization of in-person and online workshops and seminars in various countries, with the aim of training union representatives in environmental legislation, labor rights, and sustainable best practices.
- Development of an interactive digital platform www.gtaplatform.eu, which offers training content, key documents, project news, and participation tools.
- Research and analysis of public policies related to the ecological transition and its social and labor implications.
- International dissemination through digital media and social networks, with the aim of expanding the project’s reach and impact beyond partner countries.
Results and perspectives
Since its launch, GTA has facilitated the strengthening of social dialogue and transnational cooperation around the challenges of environmental sustainability. The project has already contributed to improving understanding of European legal frameworks, training dozens of union representatives, and promoting an inclusive approach to green policymaking.
As the final phase of the project approaches, the partners are working to consolidate the results obtained and develop recommendations that could be useful for future initiatives at the national and European levels.
GTA represents a clear example of the European Union’s commitment to a green transition that is not only technological and economic, but also socially just and participatory.
