The INTERMODAL IN POLAND NORTH – SOUTH conference will be held in Szczecin
The changing role of Poland on the European intermodal transport map and new opportunities for the logistic industry brought by infrastructure investments in the Baltic ports area will be the main topics of the INTERMODAL IN POLAND NORTH – SOUTH conference, which will be held in Szczecin on November 30 – December 1.
In recent months, the most discussed topics in the logistic industry were the effects of the war in Ukraine and the impact of the energy crisis on the activities of enterprises. Despite these challenges, the logistics industry continues to invest. New development opportunities are related, in particular, to the modernization of the railway infrastructure and investments in the Baltic ports. This strengthens Poland’s position on the intermodal north-south routes, the importance of which has grown especially since the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Experts and entrepreneurs will be debating at INTERMODAL IN POLAND NORTH – SOUTH about the prospects for the logistic industry thanks to projects such as the deepening of the fairway and swimming pools at the Port of Szczecin, the expansion of the Ferry Terminal in Świnoujście or the planned new external container terminals. A unique opportunity during this event will be the study visit to the internal areas of the Szczecin-Świnoujście Seaports Authority.
We invite you to sign up for the INTERMODAL IN POLAND NORTH – SOUTH conference today. The program of the event, organizational information and registration of participation are available at: https://intermodalinpoland.eu/szczecin-2022/
